A natural eyebrow transplant that strengthens your facial expression, with an eyebrow shape designed individually for each patient.

In eyebrow transplant procedures, we design an eyebrow shape that supports and strengthens your facial expression rather than simply filling in gaps. Every patient is assessed with a detailed facial analysis so that the shape, thickness and arch suit their own features. The precise DHI technique allows us to work in a minimally invasive way in a very delicate area, and the procedure is carried out in a hospital setting in Izmir.
An eyebrow transplant involves taking hair follicles from a donor area of the body — most often the nape of the neck, and in some cases the chest — and transplanting them into the eyebrow area. Performed with the precise DHI pen technique, the procedure aims to create eyebrows that look natural and are intended to be permanent.
We carry out a detailed facial analysis for every patient in order to determine the eyebrow design that best suits their features. The shape, thickness and arch of the brow are planned together with you, and the angle and direction of each hair are chosen with care. The design is guided by classical facial proportion principles, then adapted to the individual rather than applied as a formula.
Because the eyebrow area is so small and so visible, we work with the DHI pen technique to keep the procedure as minimally invasive as possible. Extraction and implantation follow one another closely, which gives fine control over the angle at which each hair sits — critical in an area where hairs grow almost flat against the skin. Keeping tissue trauma low also supports a more comfortable recovery.
In the first 10 to 15 days after the procedure, the transplanted hairs shed. New eyebrow hairs typically begin to appear after 3 to 4 months, with the final result generally visible within 6 to 8 months. Recovery is usually quick and any marking tends to be minimal. Timelines vary from person to person.
We start with a consultation by WhatsApp or phone. Your facial structure is assessed and your eyebrow design is planned.
A detailed facial analysis is carried out in the hospital. The brow shape and design are agreed on together with you.
Under local anaesthesia, grafts are harvested and placed into the eyebrow area at natural angles using the DHI pen technique.
Recovery is usually quick, and your progress is followed through regular check-ups.
The final result generally appears within 6 to 8 months, with natural, long-lasting eyebrow growth.
It depends on the number of grafts to be transplanted, but the procedure commonly takes around 3 to 5 hours.
We advise avoiding make-up on the area for the first 15 to 20 days. After that period, most patients can return to their usual routine.
